My mortgage banking career has been focused on making home ownership a reality for countless friends, neighbors, and people across our triad. Affordable housing, community reinvestment, land development, public grants, and managed community growth have always been a major focus in my journey to help people attain the American dream.
Tax Accountant
My years in accounting carry a focus on helping individuals and businesses stay compliant with accounting best practices and tax law with the goal of saving money. I help both individuals and businesses analyze financial records, interpret tax codes, navigate audits, and develop strategies for minimizing liability through problem solving and long-range financial planning.
Volunteering
Many of you know me as the founder of Asheboro Randolph Animal Alliance, a 501c3 nonprofit founded in 2014. I manage the Lost and Found Pets of Asheboro, NC and Surrounding Areas Facebook group, and Lost and Found Pets of Randolph County, NC Facebook group with nearly 30,000 members combined. These groups are the primary trusted community resource having reuniting hundreds of lost pets with their families. Through these groups, I dedicate my time to networking, educating the community, reconnecting lost pets with their families, coordinating fosters and veterinary care, and supporting the local companion animal community.
I have spent countless hours volunteering in many capacities with community organizations, providing medical transportation, caring for the most vulnerable in our community, making and delivering flower arrangements, and blessing people with my card ministry.
